This accommodation was in the central location close to the mountains. There were very comfy beds and coffee and tea/coffee inside the room.

Everything was excellent and enjoyed my stay there. The staff was decent and excellent and gave me recommendations. The standard twin room was recently renovated and air conditioned with bathroom. The location was good and peaceful, to a nice pizza restaurant down the road, in the very nice area.

The breakfast buffet was rich and very good. Also the coffee. The staff was very friendly and really hard-working. Also the swimming pool was very nice.

Impeccable hotel, excellent hygiene, and spacious rooms. The swimming pool was a nice addition. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious, particularly the breakfast with a costa coffee machine. The staff were friendly and the free bottled water and slippers in the room were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Almost everything was very good. Everything is okay for my wife too. Quiet location, courteous staff, good value for money.

Actually, the only thing that bothered me was the elevator noises, especially at night. I'm sensitive and sensitive to that, but I'm sure it was an exception. Most people, like my wife was okay with that.

The indoor swimming pool in the hotel is closed from 13-16 o'clock!

Very nice staff, very good breakfast, not too soft beds. Good location for trips to the Krkonoše Mountains, also the old town of Jelenia Gora is in 10min. Walk attainable. Was a beautiful vacation, i'll come surely again.

Had central location in the garden in the circle of the driveway. The standard double room had basic facilities you need, coffee, tea/coffee, and a kettle. The stuffs were decent & excellent.

It's a pretty standard place for skiing. Good restaurant, great food, people working here are really helpful! The location is excellent, 2 km from Stadium Jelenia Gora. Very very nice area where you may enjoy hiking and skiing. Nothing to complain about, a fine experience, would happily return.
